To ensure that the boundary between dream and reality remains intact and that the shadows of the past can envelop every guest in maximum splendor, please observe the following Laws of the Palace:
Capturing fragments of reality in the common areas of the Palace is permitted; the shadows of the past will be happy to appear in your shots!
It is strictly forbidden to bring and consume personal food or beverages. If you wish to delight your palate, refreshments are available in the dedicated areas within the structure.
A strict smoking ban is in effect throughout the structure and in the inner courtyard of Palazzo Soranzo, to avoid clouding the air steeped in history.
To ensure their safety amidst the folds of time, parents are required to never lose sight of their children. Custody and vigilance remain the exclusive responsibility of parents.
Time travelers are expected to exercise the utmost care and respect for the historic environments and not to damage the 18th-century furnishings and settings in any way.
The figures inhabiting the Palace are kind; please reciprocate with equal decorum, avoiding shouting or creating situations of discomfort.
Pets are not admitted. Certified service dogs are, of course, welcome.
Every guest must act in a responsible manner and follow all instructions provided by the staff to participate in the experiences in total safety.
You must notify the staff of any health issues (e.g., epilepsy, panic attacks) that could affect your participation.
The organization declines all responsibility for theft, loss, or damage to personal items left unattended.
The cloakroom service is free but unattended.
It is strictly forbidden to bring blunt objects, weapons, explosive materials, or any type of fire into the facility.
In order not to shatter the dream of the 18th century, please do not leave waste in the rooms and use the appropriate bins provided.
The organization reserves the right to remove from the structure anyone who intentionally damages the environments or adopts inappropriate behavior.
